From 2G and 3G to 4G, 5G NSA and 5G SA, I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in radio and mobile networks. I work end-to-end – from probe and RAN trace data to customer experience, invoices and financial impact.

• Deep experience with probe and RAN trace data (e.g. Ericsson Expert Analytics, Polystar) and big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop)

About Matti

I am a senior AI/ML and network specialist with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, radio and analytics. My work ranges from mobile network optimisation and QoE modelling to AI/ML solutions in healthcare and other domains.

A significant part of my work has been built on probe and RAN trace data (for example using Ericsson Expert Analytics and Polystar) and on big data platforms such as Spark and Hadoop. Over the years I have joined together network, customer and financial data to create a realistic view of performance, experience and cost.

I work both as a hands-on expert and as a sparring partner for executives and technology leaders.
